| Miami memorabilia collector extraordinaire Seth Bramson is the senior collector of Miami memorabilia and Floridiana in America. He is an Adjunct Professor in both the Graduate and Undergraduate Health Services Administration programs at Barry University as well as Adjunct Professor of History at Florida International University, where he teaches all of the University's south Florida and Florida history courses as well as two courses not taught in any other college or university in Florida: The History of American Railroads and "Florida and the Three Henrys" which examines the lives and great works of the three fabled Henrys who built Florida. A graduate of Cornell University's famed School of Hotel Administration, Bramson received his MBA degree from St. Thomas University in Miami and his MS degree from FIU. He is the author of thirteen books and more than 60 articles on Florida local and transportation history, including several in academic and juried jounals. His collection of Miami memorabilia and Floridiana is the largest such collection in private hands in the country, and his Miami-Dade photographic collection alone numbers over 18,000 images. He is currently working on his 14th book titled L'Chaim! The History of the Jewish Community of Greater Miami. Free admission. |

It is devoted to preserving, protecting and promoting the architectural, cultural, social, economic, and environmental integrity of the Miami Beach Architectural Historic District (Art Deco District) as well as other areas of the city and South Florida, wherever historic preservation is a concern.
