Miami Beach: Beyond Deco
Miami Design Preservation League sponsored an en plein air competition on Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3, that brought South Florida artists to Miami Beach to paint in the outdoors. Miami Beach: Beyond Deco is the exhibition that resulted from entries in the competition, and is on view in the Art Deco Museum and Gallery through July 17 (get details here). Curated by local artist AnnaMaria Windisch Hunt, the exhibition Miami Beach scenes in a wide range of styles and medium.
