The Miami Design Preservation League annually recognizes groups and individuals who have done much to advance the cause of preservation in Miami Beach. The highest honor is the Barbara Baer Capitman Award, named for our founder, and is awarded to significant projects that represent the best of preservation ideals.

To nominate a building, person, or organization, please complete the online nomination form. Applications will be reviewed by MDPL's Executive and Design committees, and awards will be announced at the annual meeting, held in the late spring of each year.
